Soneri Bank Limited has launched its mobile banking services to its account holders for limited services, making its entry into fast developing branchless banking of Pakistan.
The mobile banking services are intended to be available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day but there is no warranty that the same will be available at all times and bank cannot be held in any way liable for suspension or disruption of the service for any reason beyond its control.
The bank has launched few services initially but it is the process in the development of mobile-banking, which will be informed time to time when accessing or operating the mobile banking service.

Prepaid mobile phone top-ups or paying post paid bills

An annual package/bundle
Pay as you go – pay as and when you make transactions
The customer shall be liable for payment of airtime or other charges which may be levied by the Mobile Service Provider in connection with the use of this Facility, as per the terms and conditions of the Mobile Service Provider and the Bank is in no way concerned with the same.
The bank will automatically terminate the right of access to the Mobile Banking Services should you cease to maintain any Account with the Bank or should your access to such Account be restricted by the Bank or under provision of any Pakistan law.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to advise the bank of any change in his mobile number or loss/ theft of mobile phone by adopting the procedure laid down by the Bank for the purpose.
The customer will be responsible for all transactions, including fraudulent/erroneous transactions made through the use of his/ her mobile phone, SIM card. The customer will be responsible for the loss/damage, if any suffered.
The customer must at all times keep his/her M-PIN confidential and must not disclose it to any other person or write it down or record it in a manner that could result in its disclosure or misuse. It will be the sole responsibility of the Customer to maintain secrecy of M-PIN Code and will not share this one and also does not disclose any information to any one and Bank will not be responsible for damages in case of customer bear any loss/damage.
