BlackBerry users in Pakistan can now easily discover, download, manage, and enjoy a wide range of mobile applications available for their BlackBerry smartphone. BlackBerry smartphone users around the world download more than 6 million apps per day from BlackBerry App World and there are over 70,000 apps in the catalog today.

BlackBerry App World was launched in April 2009 in US, Canada & UK. The First App World telecom operator billing implementation went live in August 2010. BlackBerry App World is now available in over 130 countries, 14 languages, and is supported by more than 26 currencies and these numbers keep on growing.
