C Square Consulting, Pakistan’s leading IT Solution Provider has recently entered into an agreement with the ORASCOM Group of Lebanon. In association with its partner Computer Information System (CIS) s.a.l, C Square Consulting has signed a deal for the upgrade of the client company’s existing Call Center based on Genesys Software Solutions.
Alfa Mobile, a company managed by ORASCOM Group in Lebanon, has awarded a Call Center upgrade project to C Square Consulting. The project entails an upgrade of the Genesys Contact Center Software already functional within the client company, to its latest version. Phase ‘I’ of the implementation consists of an upgrade of Inbound, Outbound and Voice Self Service where as Phase ‘II’ will include deployment of Workforce Management and Proactive Notification modules. With the implementation executed successfully, C Square Consulting will become the first company in Pakistan to have overseen a maximum number of Genesys-based Contact Center deployments with upgrades.
